When reprinting Invoices, it may be necessary to reset your margins to allow the invoice to print correctly. To do this, go to File, Page setup and try setting all the margins to ".5".

If you encounter problems switching between accounts, try using the Refresh button. If this corrects the problem you may want to have your IT person change your caching option in your browser.
