Description: Learn how to communicate visually with your patrons. We’ll teach basic design rules from grouping common elements and alignment of type and images to the importance of repetition and contrast. Also discover the top ten design tips for beginners, and learn how to layout a flyer or brochure that is guaranteed to be read, plus find out how built-in templates can make creating publicity materials a snap.
You will learn about:

  • Secrets of the trade
    Working with graphic designers
  • Getting your design ready for the printer
Time: Five hours
Location: This full day "Customized Training" session can be brought to your library at any time.
