Description: This course fits into a series that is designed to give attendees core competencies in executing two of the most common tools for gathering user feedback, focus groups and surveys. Developing High Impact Surveys will cover basic survey and questionnaire methodology as well as electronic distribution options.
You will learn about:
  • Designing and distributing a basic survey questionnaire
Time: Five hours
