| Description: |
This course is for experienced users of the ILL Web interface
and OCLC ILL who wish to expand their skills and use of the ILL
service. For ILL staff involved in borrowing on OCLC ILL, this hands-on
course focuses on advanced search techniques and the use of Custom
Holdings. Please note that the ILL Web interface will be utilized
for the course; however, the information can be applied to the FirstSearch/ILL
Staff View interface.
