Description:
This course will introduce technologies available for free (or almost free). It will cover services such as from Universal Time Service (sync all your clocks to atomic time), free email accounts (throw-away accounts to reduce spam), and online network testers.
A brief description of search engines and other free services will also be included.
The class will consist of lecture, discussion and some hands-on use of these products, as well as some searching and browsing for alternate services available for users.

Anyone involved in library technology usage.
Cost:
$995.00 per customized training event, plus expenses
