NELINET has developed its new Web-based training program to meet the evolving training needs of the New England library community. Although face-to-face training is often preferable, it is often difficult or not possible for our members. NELINET e-Learning provides training without the expense and time lost for travel. You will need a personal computer with Internet access, a telephone and a current version of Internet Explorer, Firefox or Netscape. We'll supply a link to the plug-in that you will need to download and install so you can view the online presentation.

Online sessions typically run approximately two hours and, depending on the material, may be scheduled for one to three days.

All of NELINET's e-Learning courses are available to NELINET members as "Customized Training." Please see our list of Online Customized Courses below.

If you have any questions about NELINET's Web-based training plans or suggestions for future courses, please feel free to contact Susan Abell (1.800.635.4638 x1944 or abell@nelinet.net).
