Registration Policy

Please visit the Online Registration Login page. NELINET also accepts registrations received by mail or fax. Registrations need to be received at least one week before the course or by the date indicated on the registration form for the seminar, institute or conference. Anyone requiring Americans with Disabilities Act accommodations must have the registration form to NELINET a minimum of 30 days before the date of the event.

Events are held at the NELINET office at 153 Cordaville Road, Suite 200, Southborough, Massachusetts 01772 unless otherwise noted.

Registration Notification

NELINET confirms registrations by e-mail. If you have registered for an event and have not received a confirmation at least one week before the date of the session, please contact Maria Brady (1.800.635.4638 x1945 or brady@nelinet.net) or Kenna Juliani (1.800.635.4638 x1943 or juliani@nelinet.net)to confirm your registration.

Wait List

When an event is listed as FULL or Wait List, you can still register to be put on the Wait List. If space becomes available, you will be notified by email. Several days before the event, if registrants are still on the wait List, they will be contacted by email. This email will confirm that there are no available spaces at this time and that, if possible, we will re-schedule the event at a later date. If the event is a one-time conference, institute or seminar, then we will keep your name and notify you about related programs.

Cancellation Policy

Registrants unable to attend a session are asked to notify NELINET at least 3 business days prior to the event in order to receive a refund or credit. If you are unable to attend a NELINET event and do not notify NELINET prior to the event, you will be charged the registration fee, if applicable, or a $25.00 Non-attendance Fee.

Low Enrollment

Courses, seminars, institutes, and conferences may be cancelled due to low registration. In such an event, the registrants are notified by telephone, fax, or e-mail and fees refunded when applicable.

Inclement Weather

To find out whether an event has been cancelled due to inclement weather, please call NELINET at 508.460.7700 or 1.800.NELINET (1.800.635.4638) after 7:00am on the morning of the scheduled event. A recorded message will advise you of cancellations only. Also, as soon as the event is cancelled, a notice will be posted on the home page of the NELINET web site.
