Backstage Library Works offers libraries
original quality scanning solutions whether the collections involve
bound volumes, photographs, slides, negatives or oversized objects.
Rare books, text, manuscripts and fragile glass plates are all
handled with great care. BSLW can work on-site at the library or
the materials can be sent to them.
Backstage Library Works uses
the latest OCR (optical character recognition) and markup tools for
their text conversion projects. Metadata can be created in MARC ,
DC , XML or any proprietary format the library requires.

After receiving a custom quote from Backstage Library Works, the
