| Three New Customized Services from NELINET |
 |
NELINET ON CALL: This is a truly flexible retainer-based service
where you choose the number of hours of consulting your library needs
and you decide how you want to use your available hours. For example,
NELINET can provide on-site training or facilitate meetings at your
library or just communicate on the phone or via e-mail. Additionally,
you can have NELINET create reports or schedule extra site visits.
In any case, NELINET will work closely with you on planning your
consulting hours and will report periodically on how much time is
still available. |

 |
Services & Workflow Review: This service begins with a thorough
review of all library procedures and relevant documents to identify
potential areas for improvement. The review usually is performed
over a three to five-day period, and includes the use of electronic
surveys and benchmarking techniques. After the review, NELINET prepares
a summary report with recommendations for improvement and then schedules
a following-up meeting to discuss outcomes. |

 |
Library Assessment Service: This
valuable service provides you with the tools needed to get started
implementing an assessment program at your library. NELINET’s three-day library assessment service
includes a comprehensive review of your library’s current
assessment program and tools, a customized workshop to address
popular assessment models and methodology, and a summary report
with recommendations for implementation of an integrated quality
assessment program. |
